Laura J. Hanlon, CPA Owner laura@conwaycpa.com Laura J. Hanlon, CPA, is the owner of our firm. A graduate of Hendrix College (Conway, Arkansas), Laura has the educational background that not only trains one to be a great accountant but also provides a well-rounded knowledge offered by a liberal arts institution. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and graduated with honors in May 2000. The following year, she earned a Master of Arts in Accounting degree from Hendrix College, where she received the Eloise L. Raymond Accounting Award (given to the top graduate accounting student). Laura passed the CPA exam in November 2001 and was licensed in June of 2002.  Laura's experience prior to opening Hanlon & Associates CPA was with the Little Rock office of Deloitte & Touche. During the fall of 2009, Laura joined Hendrix College as an adjunct instructor of the Business & Economics department.  She teaches Contemporary Issues in Business & Entrepreneurship during the fall semesters.  A former member of the Lady Warrior basketball team, Laura enjoys volunteering at basketball games running the score clock and keeping the official scorebook.
