Rachel Garofalo started working with Bristol & Company, S.C., as a staff accountant in August, 2007. After ten years as a veterinary technician, Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance in early 2006 and began her pursuit of a new career in public accounting. Desiring an even more challenging team environment, she joined our firm after working for a year in the accounting profession.   Already familiar with our accounting software, Rachel was quickly able to focus on other aspects of business accounting, preparation of financial statements, and assisting with payroll services. Rachel especially enjoys individual tax return preparation and looks forward to the busy tax season. Rachel lives in Milwaukee with her dog and two cats and is a member of the German Shepherd Rescue Alliance of Wisconsin. In her spare time, Rachel plans to continue working toward her master’s degree and ultimately sitting for the CPA exam.
