Cindy L. Henley, E.A., has been with the firm since September, 2000.  Prior to that, she had 17 years experience in the accounting field working in private industry.  As an enrolled agent, Cindy has demonstrated technical competence in the field of taxation and is qualified to represent taxpayers in issues concerning the Internal Revenue Service.  Her responsibilities include accounting and tax return preparation for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals.   Cindy graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Colorado Association of Enrolled Agents.   Cindy and her family enjoy riding bikes and playing tennis and are members of the Longmont Tennis Association.
