With the development of our exclusive, on-line technology, ABS Accounting continues to be on the technological cutting edge in providing services to hundreds of businesses, professionals and individuals.   1.  Some clients maintain their own QuickBooks accounting files on their home or office computers.  These clients write their checks on their computers for bill payments and payroll.  Our accountant periodically accesses (usually monthly) the client's computer using a fast, secure internet connection to review and correct the client's work if needed.  2.  Other clients prefer to have us do all their accounting (bill paying, payroll, etc).  These clients scan and upload to us document images such as bills to be paid.  Our accountant uses those images to do the accounting at our office or on the client's computer using a fast, secure internet connection. 3.  Finally, there are some clients that give us their bank statements and check stubs at the end of the month.  We produce monthly financial statements, sales tax reports, payroll quarterly reports, payroll tax deposits and other reports and return them to the client with instructions for handling.
