Perry Blackman was presented with his honorary membership by Denny Martire, Regional VP LIUNA and Samuel Staten, Sr., Business Manager LIUNA Local 332                   In October 2005, at the Laborers' District Council annual Friends of Labor Banquet and Fundraiser, the General Officers and General Executive Board of the Laborers' International Union of North America awarded a certificate and gold membership card to Perry N. Blackman, Certified Public Accountant.  The award was in recognition of his outstanding record of service to the community and his valued support for the goals and purposes of the Laborers' International Union of North America.
