R. Michael Keen
Michael Keen is the Founder and Principal of Keen & Company. Michael has been in the accounting industry for 30 years.
He received his BSBA from the University of Arkansas in 1972 and became a certified Public Accountant the year following.
Michael Keen says, "I love working with people to help them achieve their financial goals."
Outside of work, Michael enjoys farming, playing the mandolin and attending church activities.

Dawn R. Wilson
Dawn has been with Keen & Company for almost 2 years where she holds the role of Staff Accountant. Dawn has 25 years in the industry where she spent ten years in the oil and gas accounting industry and also served 15 years in public accounting. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in May 1984, from the University of Arkansas where she then passed her CPA exam in 1985.
Dawn says the most interesting part of her job is the variety of work that is involved in accounting. She states, "The environment is always changing and it provides new and interesting challenges."
In her spare time, Dawn loves to go fishing, hiking, camping and maneuvering around her garden. Her phrase to live by is, "treat others as you want to be treated!"

Jacob M. Keen
Jake is currently holding the role of Principal with Keen & Company. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Arkansas.
After graduating, Jake decided that he wanted to pursue a career in the accounting field. He then obtained his Certified Public Account(CPA) license and his Certified Valuation Analyst license. He has been a member of Keen & Company for 8 years where he says, "I like helping clients create a financial plan and watch it come together."
Outside of work, Jake stays busy while attending family functions with his wife and their 4 children. He enjoys fishing, canoeing, hunting and playing golf.

M.LeRoy Duell
Having over 30 years of experience in the accounting/financial industry, LeRoy Duell serves as Senior Manager at Keen & Company. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, home of the Razorbacks, he then went on to become a licensed CPA.
He has extensive experience in providing accounting, auditing and tax services to individuals and organizations in such diversified industries such as non-profits, religious organizations, farm cooperatives, governmental entities, construction companies, medical clients and retail businesses throughout the state of Arkansas. LeRoy has been happily married for 35 years and has been blessed with 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
The motto that he strives to live by is, "Be faithful, be kind and be true."
John Allen
John Allen joined Keen & Company as a certified public accountant in December 2011. He has more than 40 years of experience in the accounting industry, with the majority working as a self-employed accountant. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and an Associate Degree from Central Baptist College. He is a member of the AICPA, ASCPA, and the Northwest Chapter of the ASCPA , in which he’s served on various committees in several officer positions.
John says the most rewarding aspect of his work is “assisting clients with tax planning and savings, and development of lifetime relations.”
John enjoys participating in various civic and professional activities, as well as in his church. He also enjoys family, music, travel, hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, caring for his lawn and sports. He and his wife have two daughters, one son and seven grandchildren.
Patrick Deakins
Patrick Deakins is a staff accountant with Keen & Company, where he’s worked since early 2011. Patrick has worked in the accounting field for more than two years.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters of Science degree in Accounting, both from Oklahoma State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Patrick enjoys many activities including camping, traveling and spending time with family, including wife, Alisha.
Patrick finds that helping individuals and small businesses achieve their financial goals is the most rewarding aspect of his work.
