ROCKY J. LEVKULICH Rocky is vice president and a director of Fortner, Bayens, Levkulich and Co., P.C.  He has over thirty years of experience providing accounting, tax and regulatory consulting services to financial institutions in the Rocky Mountain region.   Rocky has extensive experience in performing audits of banks, income tax planning and compliance of banks, accounting and tax planning services related to merger and acquisition of financial institutions and has performed numerous due diligence reviews for investors acquiring commercial banks.
