Bob Spence, CPA is a founding partner in the firm with over 35 years in public accounting. Bob specializes in providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services in a wide variety of industries as well as professional practices. He received a B.S. in accounting from FloridaStateUniversity
 
 
Mike Marston, CPA is a founding partner in the firm with over 35 years in public accounting. Mike specializes in providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to syndicated partnerships, the real estate industry, manufacturers, wholesalers, professionals and SEC companies. He received a B.B.A from StetsonUniversity in Deland, Florida
 
 
Edgar J. Bunch, Jr., CPA is a partner in the firm with over 35 years in public accounting. Ed specializes in providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services for clients in a wide variety of industries including automobile dealerships and employee benefit plans. He received a B.S.B.A. in accounting from the University of Florida
  
 
George Morris, CPA has over 25 years experience with concentration in providing services to the affordable housing industry and condominium associations. A significant portion of the audits in the affordable housing industry are performed under governmental auditing standards. He also works with clients in the construction industry and real estate development. George has been a partner of our firm since 1980.  
 
 
Randi Kraus, CPA has over 25 years experience in public accounting and has been a partner with our firm since 1995. Randi specializes in providing audit, tax, accounting and consulting services to the real estate industry, syndicated partnerships, nonprofit organizations and investment partnerships.
 
Randi views her clients as her business partners. As such, she understands that clients look to their CPA for professional advice beyond the preparation of an annual audit or tax return. Providing timely and practical solutions is an important objective.
 
In addition to her client responsibilities, Randi coordinates the firm’s in-house training program. She developed the firm’s intranet and assisted in the design of the firm’s website.
 
Randi is involved in several area nonprofit organizations and has held various board and committee positions.
 
 
Anne G. McNamee, CPA joined our firm in 1981 as a staff accountant and became a partner in 1995; she is proud of her long association with the firm. Anne’s primary focus is taxation of individuals and small business. Our firm has a wide variety of business and individual clients and Anne offers services for tax preparation, review and planning as well as general business and tax consulting.
 
 
Judy L. Driscoll, CPA began her career with Spence, Marston, Bunch, Morris & Co. as a staff accountant in 1983 and is now a partner in our firm.  Judy manages financial statement engagements and client relations for a national wholesale distributor, construction contractors with Florida and multi-state operations, a national medical assistant corporation, a Pinellas County realtor trade association, a Ford automobile dealership as well as audits of profit sharing, 401(k) and employee stock ownership plans.
 
Judy has extensive financial statement accounting experience with business acquisitions and mergers of both for profit and nonprofit entities including preparation of tax-exempt status applications for new nonprofit organizations. Judy is especially proud and honored to have been a part of the growth of a single location small business to a national leading distributor.
 
Judy specializes in providing highly personalized financial and tax services for corporations and business owners.  
 
 
Stephen M. Bunch, CPA is a partner at Spence Marston Bunch Morris & Co with over 10 years of public accounting experience. Steve started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tampa in August of 1999. Steve worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years primarily concentrating on professional sports teams including the New York Yankees and New Jersey Devils. Steve also spent almost 2 years with Deloitte & Touché in Tampa working primarily with large public companies and development stage biotechnology companies. Steve joined the firm in February of 2006.  
 
Steve primarily focuses on auto dealers, low income housing syndicators, high net worth executives, and real estate development companies. He also has extensive experience with cost segregation studies, research and development tax credit studies, and IRS audit defense, both personal and corporate. Steve’s experience at large multinational public accounting firms and local firms enables him to understand and counsel clients on a broad range of issues. Steve enjoys working with a smaller local firm like Spence Marston Bunch Morris & Co because he interacts directly with the business owners who are often rely on his counsel and appreciate his timely attention to their business and tax needs.
 
Steve is a member of the AICPA and FICPA and currently sits on the FICPA UF Accounting Conference (named Outstanding Committee by the FICPA for 2007-2008) and the Young CPAs Committees. Steve is also Chairman of the Board and past Treasurer of the Humane Society of Pinellas County. He is a graduate of Leadership Pinellas Class of 2009 and is the President of the Kappa Alpha Order Tampa Alumni Chapter. Steve is a native Floridian and currently resides in Tampa with his wife and two children.
 
 
Ann L. Kirst, CPA has been with the firm for over 25 years. As an audit manager, she specializes in condominium and homeowners associations, as well as the construction industry. Her engagements range from small homeowner's association compilations to multi-phase condominium association reviews to mixed-use luxury high rise condominium association audits.  She has also performed numerous condominium turnover audits for transition from Developer to Association, including apartment conversions.
 
Ann is also experienced in corporate, individual and condominium/homeowner association tax preparation. This combination of versatility and longevity makes her a valued asset to the team.
 
During her career, Ann’s high integrity and strong work ethics have earned her great respect from her vast array of clients. She has assisted many corporate controllers and management companies in strengthening their internal controls to enhance their financial statement reporting and prevent fraud. Our client's appreciate the fact that Ann is personable, yet professional.
 
Ann graduated cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Suncoast Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
 
 
Dawn C. Simons, CPA is an audit manager and has been a practicing CPA, working for Spence, Marston, Bunch, Morris & Co. for over 15 years. Dawn is a specialist in employee benefit plans, supported by her extensive experience and training in Plan audits, compliance issues and Form 5500 preparation. She also manages the audits and agreed-upon procedures engagements for approximately 70 low-income housing projects financed and regulated by USDA Rural Development. In addition, her responsibilities include oversight of the small business department of the firm. Her experience has been diversified, including tax return preparation, small business client consultation and audits of nonprofit and governmental entities.
 
Dawn enjoys developing and maintaining a relationship with her clients, and is available for advice or guidance on financial issues anytime through out the year, not just during the engagement at hand. As a specialist in employee benefit plans, a priority for Dawn is staying current on the ever-changing rules, regulations and related compliance, enabling her to assist clients with compliance requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
 
Dawn graduated cum laude from FloridaStateUniversity with a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to becoming a CPA, she worked in the banking industry as an internal auditor.
