Lori Ellinger, CPA
At work:
Lori is a CPA and serves as the Firm Administrator. In addition to overseeing the firms accounting and administration needs she assists clients with their outsourced accounting needs and preparation of individual tax returns.
Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Lori had worked two busy seasons in public accounting and 5 years for a privately owned health care company.
Lori graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of both the Indiana and Ohio CPA Societies.
At leisure:
Lori keeps busy after work enjoying the activities of her three daughters. When Lori has some time to spend quietly, she enjoys reading.
Lori and her husband, Gary, enjoyed a summer vacation in 2007 with their girls at Disney World.

Dreama Gordon-Tipton
At work:
Dreama started working for the Kirsch CPA group in December, 2007. She had prior experience working for 10 years as an office manager at a privately owned company. Dreama has over 20 years experience working in customer service in addition to doing accounting work at a part-time job.
Dreama attends to the procedures of office management at the firm. She processes all completed tax documents and takes care of the day to day needs of the employees.
Dreama schedules appointments for clients. She helps with client work on special projects for the accountants.
Dreama orders supplies for the office and is responsible for making sure necessary repairs are completed. She answers the phones and greets the clients and vendors when they come to the office.
At leisure:
Dreama enjoys spending time with her family, often watching family movies together. She and her husband, James, have two daughters—a teenager and a toddler. Every year the family vacations for a week in a mountain chalet near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
Prior to caring for her toddler daughter, Dreama spent many hours working on scrapbooking and stamping. She takes pleasure in being creative with any arts and crafts project.
Dreama and her family are members of Ross Christian Church. She is the Treasurer for her daughter’s American Heritage Girls Troop.
Beverlee Hammer
At work:
Bev began working at Kirsch CPA in December, 2005. She has retired from teaching school for 30 years in the Lakota Local School District. Bev has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Miami University. She also has a Masters of Education degree in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University. Bev has been named several times in "Who's Who of American Educators."
Bev works during tax season processing tax returns and preparing them to be mailed to the clients. She also works throughout the year as the webmaster for the Kirsch CPA website.
Bev and her husband, Don, spend much time traveling. They enjoy taking cruises and recently completed their 15th cruise to the Caribbean.
When Bev is not traveling the high seas, she spends time at home working on her computer. She attends a weekly Bible study at church and is active in the Northern Lights Emmaus Community. Don and Bev meet regularly with other couples in a bi-weekly share group and monthly Growth Group.
Bev enjoys watching sports on television. She and her husband regularly watch NFL football and NCAA basketball. Bev writes a weekly blog for her favorite reality show, “Survivor.”
Bev is a stepmother to three children, two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Maxine Harris
At work:
Maxine joined the firm in 1994 as the office manager. Prior to joining the firm, she spent many years working with attorneys, secretarial services, and eight years as an employee for the state of Ohio at Lebanon Correctional Institution, Lebanon, Ohio.
Maxine is currently working part time (as needed) for the Kirsch CPA group office in Fairfield.
At leisure:
Maxine spends most of her leisure time with her retired husband, Bill. They enjoy traveling and often visit family or friends in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Maxine has enjoyed many perfect vacations, including Hawaii, Niagara Falls, Italy, Florida, and Branson, Missouri, where she has visited four times.
When at home, Maxine spends time preparing her church’s Sunday bulletin each week; she also publishes the bi-monthly newsletter. Maxine enjoys writing letters to her 93 year old aunt who lives in Arizona.
Maxine enjoys watching dance competitions. Her granddaughter was a dancer for several years. She also enjoys watching the winter Olympics, especially ice skating.
A preferred way for Maxine to spend a relaxing afternoon would be listening to smooth jazz, watching old movies, checking her e-mail, and playing Spider Solitaire or Solitaire on the computer.
Maxine and her husband recently celebrated their 25th anniverary. Maxine has two married daughters, and her husband has three married daughters. Between them, they have 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Rinda Huntsberger
Joining the team in 2002, Rinda serves as an office manager. Prior to working at the firm, Rinda worked in marketing and with various local businesses.
As office manager, Rinda processes and takes care of the day to day needs of the office. She welcomes the clients and vendors when they come into the office; is responsible for making sure repairs are made; takes care of the flowers in the landscaping and on the porch. Rinda orders supplies for the office and tries to ensure the contentment of all employees.
Rinda has been married to Rob “Chief” for 27 years. They have one son, Jake, and he has a toddler son. Rinda especially has fun watching her grandson ride his battery-operated Jeep.
Rinda is an accomplished baker. A few of her specialty desserts include peach-pineapple pie and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.
Rinda enjoys quilting and makes unique quilt squares to give as gifts to her friends. She also has fun bowling and playing “Spider Solitaire.”
Rinda likes to relax watching NFL football on television. A favorite vacation spot for Rinda is Colorado, where she and Chief spend time with close friends. She is looking forward to joining all of them in 2008 for another Colorado vacation.
