He has been in practice since 1970, and is a member of the New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida Societies of CPA's as well as the American Institute of CPA's. Michael also has his Series 6 license, which allows him to sell mutual funds and give investment advice to clients. Michael has served as President of the Salem County Chamber of Commerce and is also active in other non-profit agencies. He has been a Director of the Holly Shores Girl Scout Council, a Director of the First National Bank of New Jersey/Salem County, a former Director and past President of the American Cancer Society Salem Unit, the former President of the Tatnall School Black & Gold Organization, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Salem Community College Foundation and ex-officio member of the Salem County Historical Society. He is also a former Accounting Professor at Salem, Cumberland, and Atlantic Community Colleges. Michael is the proud father of three Eagle Scout Sons. His expertise includes taxation and litigation support, especially in the area of business valuations.                      J. Stephen Warner Stephen joined Warner & company in 1976, after graduating from the University of Dayton. He specializes in corporate and individual taxation and Eldercare Services. Stephen is a current member and past President of the Rotary Club of Woodstown, Treasurer of the Woodstown Rotary Foundation, and former Director of the Quinton Loan & Building Association. Stephen is the President of Warner Financial Services, L.L.C. and is an Investment Advisor having successfully passed the Series 65 Exam. He lives in Pittsgrove with his sons Ryan and Andrew.                                  Charles R. Woodell, CPA Rob Woodell has been with Warner & company since August 1981. He has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Rider College. Rob is the firm's Director of Quality Control, and is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPA's, having served on the Quality Control Committee and the Litigation Services Committee. Rob serves a wide range of clients, and he specializes in individual and corporate taxation, estate taxation, and financial statement preparation. Rob was formerly President of the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association. Rob is a current member and Secretary of the Pitman Rotary Club and is serving on the Board of Directors. He enjoys a variety of sports including basketball, baseball, and golf. Rob resides in Pitman with his wife, Sandy, daughter, Christine, and son, Jacob.                      Joy L. Burke Joy is the Office Manager for Warner & company and has joined the firm in October 2005.  She is a graduate of Cinnaminson High School and furthers her education by taking courses at Gloucester County College in Accounting. Joy resides in Franklinville with her husband, Gregory and son, Matthew.                            Jan M. Kosior Jan began her career with Warner & company in June 1990. As Manager of Information Technology, she maintains all technology aspects of our company as well as assisting our clients with technology and software needs. In addition, she has held the position as our firm's training coordinator and an instructor of our In-house technology seminars. Jan has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Accounting from Glassboro State College.  She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Jan was formerly Treasurer and is currently a Committee Member of a local Boy Scout Troop.  She resides in Pennsville with her two sons, Mark and Jesse.                          Margaret W. Scheule, CPA Peggy rejoined the staff of Warner & company in 2003.  She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Peggy is currently pursuing graduate studies in tax and financial planning at Widener University.   She is a member of the AICPA, NJSCPA and Society of Financial Service Professionals. Peggy lives in Pilesgrove with her husband, Steve.                                Linda M. Streb, CPA Linda joined the staff of Warner & company in September 2000. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting. Linda is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey. Linda is a member of the AICPA and NJSCPA. She came to Warner & company with eighteen years supervisory experience in a retail environment. She lives in Washington Township with her husband Ed.                                               Eric S. Messick Eric rejoined the firm in January 2007 in his former position as senior accountant. Eric began his career with Warner and company in 2001 after graduating from Richard Stockton College of NJ with a bachelor's degree in public accounting. He spent four years with the firm in which he specialized in areas such as individual and corporate taxation, compilations, and audits of not-for-profit companies and employee benefit plans. During Eric's absence from Warner and company he broadened his accounting knowledge while holding an assistant accounting manager position within the financial services industry. Eric resides in Mt Royal with his wife Stephanie and daughter Mia.                              John T. Vastano, CPA John joined the staff of Warner & company as a seasonal tax preparer in 2004 and became a full time staff member in 2005.  He graduated from Widener University in 1992 with a B.S. in Accounting, where he was a four year varsity letter winner in soccer.  He is a New Jersey licensed CPA, and does work in the personal and business tax areas as well general accounting and auditing.  John taught tax preparation courses for several years and is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  He is a member of the AICPA and NJCPA societies and the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, where he held various offices.  He has worked in both private and public accounting since graduating from Widener.    John lives in Pittsgrove Township with his wife Andi and their two children Nicholas and Elizabeth.  He enjoys spending time with his family at the shore and is an avid golfer and soccer player.
