Warner, CPA msw@cpawarner.com Michael Warner is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelors and Masters Degree. He has been in practice since 1970, and is a member of the New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida Societies of CPA's as well as the American Institute of CPA's. Michael also has his Series 6 license, which allows him to sell mutual funds and give investment advice to clients. Michael has served as President of the Salem County Chamber of Commerce and is also active in other non-profit agencies. He has been a Director of the Holly Shores Girl Scout Council, a Director of the First National Bank of New Jersey/Salem County, a former Director and past President of the American Cancer Society Salem Unit, the former President of the Tatnall School Black & Gold Organization, and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Salem Community College Foundation. He is also a former Accounting Professor at Salem, Cumberland, and Atlantic Community Colleges. Michael is the proud father of three Eagle Scout Sons. His expertise includes taxation and litigation support, especially in the area of business valuations. J. Stephen Warner jsw@cpawarner.com Stephen joined Warner & company in 1976, after graduating from the University of Dayton. He specializes in corporate and individual taxation and Eldercare Services. Stephen is a current member and past President of the Rotary Club of Woodstown, Treasurer of the Woodstown Rotary Foundation, and former Director of the Quinton Loan & Building Association. Stephen is the President of Warner Financial Services, L.L.C. and is an Investment Advisor having successfully passed the Series 65 Exam.  He lives in Pittsgrove with his sons Ryan and Andrew.   Charles R. Woodell, CPA crw@cpawarner.com Rob Woodell has been with Warner & company since August 1981. He has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Rider College. Rob is the firm's Director of Quality Control, and is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPA's, having served on the Quality Control Committee and the Litigation Services Committee. Rob serves a wide range of clients, and he specializes in individual and corporate taxation, estate taxation, and financial statement preparation. Rob was formerly President of the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association. Rob is a current member and Secretary of the Pitman Rotary Club and is serving on the Board of Directors. He enjoys a variety of sports including basketball, baseball, and golf. Rob resides in Pitman with his wife, Sandy, daughter, Christine, and son, Jacob. Donna J. Downs djd@cpawarner.com Donna is the office manager for Warner & company. She joined the firm in June 2001 and is a graduate of Salem High School. Donna has a Paralegal Certificate from Atlantic Community College and has furthered her technological skills by taking computer classes at Salem Community College. Donna oversees the administrative work for the firm and assists partners in completing their tasks. Donna has participated in United Way fundraisers, her class reunion committee, and the Salem County Adopt a Road Program. Donna resides in Elsinboro with her daughter, Kimberly. Jan M. Kosior jan@cpawarner.com Jan began her career with Warner & company in June 1990. As Manager of Information Technology, she maintains all technology aspects of our company as well as assisting our clients with technology and software needs. In addition, she has held the position as our firm's training coordinator and an instructor of our In-house technology seminars. Jan has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Accounting from Glassboro State College.  She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Jan volunteers as a religious education teachers' aid at her church. She is also currently the Treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 15 in Pennsville and the Webelos II Cub Scout den leader for Pack 89. Jan resides in Pennsville with her two sons, Mark and Jesse, who keep her very busy with their sports and Boy Scout activities.           Linda M. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting. Linda is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey. Linda is a member of the AICPA and NJSCPA. She came to Warner & company with eighteen years supervisory experience in a retail environment.
